Not only will you be able to learn something, but you’ll be able to share fun facts with your family before you chow down on a turkey dinner! After all, conversation is an important part of a Thanksgiving celebration.

Pumpkin pies and apple pies are typically the go-to choice for most families. However, as we can see in this small infographic above: strawberry pies are pretty popular as well. I don’t know about you, but I think I’ll stick with pumpkin pie – only a small slice however (with a tad of whipped cream)!

As we can see, a fair amount of people happen to eat turkey on Thanksgiving… a whopping 9 out of 10 people to be exact. And 41% of people make Thanksgiving dinner completely from scratch? This means a majority of people either bake certain parts, host potlucks, or simply go out for dinner as it’s the most convenient option. We must say, nothing competes with homecooked Thanksgiving dinner.

The food and pies are great and all, but Thanksgiving is more than just food. It’s a time for us to be thankful for the positive things we have in or lives. For some, it’s the opportunities we’ve been given, or it’s the friends and family we have in our lives, or maybe it’s for having such an awesome dentist that helped you improve your smile!
